I am a painter based in Catskill, NY. My work spans portraiture, the figure, and landscape, grounded in a deep interest in psychological presence and the emotional currents that run through human experience. Across these bodies of work, I use richly textured surfaces and physical gesture to explore vulnerability, tension, and connection. Whether I am working with intimate portraits or turbulent landscapes, the paintings emerge through a tactile, layered process that mirrors the shifting inner states they describe.
